Best Car Towing provides light-duty towing and roadside services in the Los Angeles area. Arrival times are our best estimate from our trucks' GPS and traffic and may change. When your insurer or motor club sent the request, its coverage terms decide what it pays; any amount it does not cover (for example miles beyond its limit) is told to you before service.
Text messaging program
Program: Best Car Towing job updates. Texts are sent by Best Car Towing LLC only if you say yes when our agent asks your permission on our service call (see how you opt in), and only about that service request — driver on the way, arrival time, location and key questions, and job status. No marketing messages.
Frequency: message frequency varies by job, usually a few messages per service request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no more texts after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Vehicles and property
Please remove valuables before your vehicle is towed. We photograph vehicles at pickup and drop-off. Report any damage claim to us within 7 days of the service at (323) 660-7772.
